3) Reflect on the differences.
I was really surprised and interested to see that there were major differences in the answers that the five people gave during the interview. Although I did pick people from extremely different environments, I was really surprised that all five interviewees described me very differently. However, I still wouldn't change a thing from my list on top since it is only natural for me to adapt to different environments, just like how I describe myself all the time.

I think we are perceived differently among different groups of people around us. I was also surprised by the description that I received from my friends. I think sometimes people around us can see from a different perspective. I think the reason that your friends described you differently is that we all have different chemistry when we hang out with the different types of people. Overall, I think you did a great job on this post.
ReplyDeleteMinseok,
ReplyDeleteI found it interesting that those whom you interviewed all had such different answers. I have mostly seen, from my interviews, that they were all similar. It is great that you can make others feel comfortable. You seem like someone who is very aware of their surroundings and is good at adapting to it. This will be very beneficial for you in the future and in the business world.
